Mentoring Programme

Indigo Education Inc mentors have over 40 years combined experience in the childcare industry. Our mentors have been highly successful Authorised Supervisors, Area Managers and some have owned centers of their own. All our mentors have experience and knowledge of DoCs regulations, Accreditation and CCB.

Indigo Education Inc offers mentorship, aimed at Authorised Supervisors, Directors and Area Managers, helping to better manager their centers and staff. Often Authorised Supervisors, Directors and Area managers need additional support in the decisions they make and in managing staff . Unless they are part of a large company they can often find themselves on their own in the decision making process which can be a daunting possibility for even the most capable staff.

Maybe you have a qualified staff member who you would like to place as an Authorised Supervisor or Area manager but you or they feel they need some support and management skills to take on the position.
Indigo does not believe in telling managers how to achieve their goals but aims to assist, support and train them in achieving the outcomes they desire.

Mentoring Programme Options:

Day mentorship (6 hours)
One of our consultants will spend a day with the Authorised Supervisor supporting, training and advising them on anything they request.  

Hourly mentorship
Need help re-organising the office? Need help with the roster? Our hourly mentorship is aimed at helping with specific problems. These range from staffing to paperwork.

Monthly email mentorship
Our monthly email mentorship is the most popular amongst our clients. It is designed for those people who occasionally need support and advice on the running of their centre and management of staff, maybe you need advice on a letter you are about to send to DoCs or out to parents. Send us an email with your question and we aim to respond within 24 hours.
